Druzhba belongs to the government enterprise ‘The Production Association of the Makarova Southern Machine Factory of Dniepropetrovsk’ and is located on the shore of the Black Sea. With its facilities and homey conditions, this health clinic is one of Evpatoria’s best.
In 1997 by decree of the Ukrainian president the Evpatoria International Children’s Medical Center was established for the treatment of children affected by the Chernobyl catastrophe. This high-capacity(1700 spots), multi-specialty sanatorium/health center is intended for treatment and relaxation for adults and children.
Sanatorium Dnepr has eight sleeping buildings with rooms of varying levels of luxury.
Sanatorium Druzhba for children of school age has a sleeping building, common-rooms, winter club, pool, school and medical building.
The Evpatoria International Children’s Medical Center is for children of school age and parents with children (accommodation at Sanatoriums Druzhba and Dnepr).
The complex has powerful modern medical-diagnostic equipment. Laboratory diagnostics are conducted with the most modern analysis with great accuracy.
The Center has its own comfortable beach with a gently sloping seabed and a bar-cafe.
The sanatorium uses a wide variety of treatment methods including those using the natural factors of the resort, as well as homeopathic and more traditional medical procedures.
The Center has: athletic courts (volleyball, tennis, mini-soccer, badminton, ping pong), sauna, a pool, athletic equipment rentals, a bar, cafe, library, performance stages, disco, sport hall, workout rooms, billiards, a summer children’s theater and a school.
